- We will be counting/limiting the number of customers in the store and in enclosed areas at one time based on capacity.
- All associates undergo a health screening before the start of their scheduled shift.
- All associates wear masks as well as gloves during close-contact interactions where items are exchanged.
- Instruments are handled and disinfected using industry best practices.
- For your safety and ours, we now require all customers to wear a face-covering when visiting our stores.
Contactless Curbside Pick-Up Continues
We will continue to offer Contactless Curbside Pick-Up service for all customers who are interested. To use our curbside pickup contact your local store in advance or use the online form. Our associates will get your order together for pick-up, answer any questions, and take payment over the phone. Your order will be ready when you arrive—no need to come inside our store! All stores are open for curbside pick-up during store hours.
Private Consultation
Customers may request a private, in-store appointment with any of our associates. We are also able to provide virtual consultations as well! Schedule a private consultation.
Store Hours
We will also continue to maintain reduced store hours until further notice. Please see current store hours as we continue to adjust hours to serve you while maintaining the highest level of safety. Need assistance? We’re here! Please call us at 319-351-2000.
In-Store Lessons
We are offering a combination of in-person and virtual lessons at this time, and many of our teachers are taking new students. Learn more about music lessons.
Thank you for continuing to support your local, family-owned music store. As we continue to navigate these moments, we have been heartened to hear and share your stories where music has been making the difference. We are looking forward to reconnecting with many of you and continuing to support everyone’s journey to Play now. Play for Life.
Face Coverings
For your safety and ours, we now require each person to wear a face covering in our stores. We can provide you a mask to wear while shopping. If you prefer not to wear a face covering, we will assist you through our Curbside Pick-Up service.
Thank you for helping to promote healthy behaviors!
