Lesson Cancelations and Summer Breaks

West Music lets you drop lessons at any time, or take a break for summer vacation!

 

LESSON CANCELATION POLICY:
Students may cancel lessons at any time, but they will be required to provide a 30-day notice to do so. The 30-day notice must be sent to the store manager or studio coordinator. Completing the form below is also considered your 30-day notice for billing.

Partial refunds will not be given for any remaining lessons if the student chooses to not finish out the 30 days.

SUMMER BREAK POLICY:
Students can choose to take a break for summer lessons and can avoid paying the lesson registration fee if they resume within 120 days. If a family is interested in maintaining their student’s same lesson time for the fall, they can elect to pay $10/month to reserve their time. If a student does not want to pay the summer reserve fee, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule for the fall based on a first-come, first-served basis.
